Our Team

We are really excited to assemble as a team to Inspire you to Move Well and Run the way YOU want to run. We provide a holistic approach to Training and Nutrition so you are the best you can be. We will be with you as you take this run journey and provide advice on Structuring Training, Run Technique, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning and Tips to avoid injury, building your mental strength and resilience and just be there for you so if you have any questions we can answer them. Our aim is not just to get you to your next race but to inspire you to be physically fit, understanding how your body moves and how you can plan your nutrition so you get the best from yourself.

I have always like to run. Exercise has always been a part of my life. I have used exercise over the years as way to reduce stress, to reclaim my body after having kids, to socialise with friends and to help others achieve their goals.

I have run 5km to an ultra marathon and have been in the back of the pack to a preferred starter at the Gold Coast Marathon and City2Surf. I love Triathlons of any distance and have completed 10 Ironman Distance Triathlons - 4 of those were at the World Championships. I have been fortunate to win the World Championships in 2012 in my age group for the Olympic Distance Triathlon and Aquathlon.

Exercise and sport can be a super powerful thing in your life and I am super excited to work with you and the Inspire Motion Team.

I'm so excited to be part of a team that is passionate about inspiring people to get moving. Having been a physiotherapist and with my masters in sports physiotherapy I'm lucky enough to get to work with all types of people - and what I find all too often is that want to exercise - but have to stop or do not achieve their goals due to aches/pains and injuries...or they do not start at all..as they fear they can't. Working together with a coach, a dietitian and Sarah and I will ensure that you have the correct technique, have a strong nutrition base and knowledge to keep you strong and achieve your exercise goals.

The other reason I am so passionate...is that I'm a mum of 3 young (under 6) kiddies...and we as parents put ourselves last - we also end up not doing it correctly as we do not know what we should and shouldn't do when we get back to exercise.

I work as a physiotherapist and I am currently studying a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. I have always been actively involved in sports and I love a good team sport! I have dabbled in running but haven't quite found my feet. I appreciate how difficult it is to 'become a runner'. But I have now found my feet and I want to inspire others and show them how they do can be a runner. I firmly believe that we can achieve anything that we put our minds to, and our only limitation is our imagination. The Inspire Motion team wants to take you on a journey of self-discovery and empower you to be active for life with a great knowledge of running training, running form, high quality nutrition choices and injury prevention.
