Inspire Motion Run Programs
Program 1: Inspire Motion Essentials
12 weeks. The Start of your Journey. We start all our runners on this program, no matter if you want to Learn to Run or an experienced runner. You will learn and grow as a runner. Options are Learn to Run, 5km, 10km, 21km, 42km*. Trail or Road.
Your Inspire Motion Plan with be a Personalised run program and a Team of Professionals will be helping you set goals, motivating you, celebrating with you and helping you through challenges.
We will meet you via a video link at the start of the program to say "Hi" and to confirm your goals. You will also complete a Food Variety Questionnaire and Body Movement Exercises so we understand your bodies movement patterns and your current nutrition choices.
You will get a session by session Run program, Strength and Conditioning and Activation of Muscles Program for 12 weeks. You will get recipes relevant to your eating habits and Tips to help you make nutrition choices that fuel and nourish your body. You will have 12 weeks of educational articles and/or videos on a range of topics.
You will have access to the Inspire Motion Team (Physiotherapists, Coach, Dietician). We will be monitoring your progress and answer any questions you have. You will also be part of a great run community.
Results are guaranteed if you follow all sessions and advice we give.
*42km programs will generally only be provided to experienced runners as we think it is too high risk to train with no background to a marathon in 12 weeks but you could have it as your goal for Program 2 but we can start the journey here..
Program 2: Inspire Motion Growth
12 weeks. We will be asking you to make a Commitment Statement to yourself, a Vision Board and a set of Goals that match your "why".
We will be helping you set your run zones and we will personalise your run program around these. 5km, 10km, 21km, 42km run programs on the trail or road. You choose. You could choose to be faster at the distance you did in Program 1 or increase your distance.
Nutritionally: We will look at the barriers you face and help turn them into opportunities. We will build your confidence and help you have a sustainable run and nutrition program in your life.
We all know the power of the mind. We will talk about strategies to train your mind and build resilience as well as strength, focus and determination. Linking the mind and the body to your goals.
We will continue our journey of self-analysis getting you to look at how you run, how you move and what you put in your mouth. And working with you to improve your Run Technique and Nourishment of your Body so you can be the best you can be.
We want to reduce your risk of injury, we want you to feel great about you body and we want you to have the strength of your mind to continue to organise your life so you remain Active For Life. We want you to Inspire other to move, eat and be the best they can be. Results are guaranteed if you follow all the sessions and advice we give.
Program 3: Inspire Motion Excellence
12 weeks including a Weekend Training Camp* where the Team will get to meet and work with you in person!
We know you well by now and your weekly run program, muscle activation and strength and conditioning program and the advice we give you on nutrition is quite refined and sophisticated and relevant to you and your habits.
We are really working on setting you up for Inspire Motion Success. Your commitment statement, your vision for where you want to be and your goals will all be discussed with you again.
We will be getting further into your relationship with food and providing advice on how you can be resilient against any self-talk you may have. As well as continuing to provide yummy nutritionally dense and flavoursome recipes.
The weekend camp will be held over the January Long Weekend in 2020 in Port Macquarie NSW. The 2 days will be filled with lots of running, analysis of technique and your strength bias, strength programs, mind training and cooking classes. Put it in your diary now. We can't wait to see you!

Program 4: Inspire Motion Mastery
Achieving Mastery means having the drive, the self-discipline and the focus on the process of learning every day so that you can achieve and excel at something. Achieving mastery is a lifestyle choice.
The Inspire Motion Team will be working with you to give you all the strategies and advice you need to achieve mastery. Your Run program and Strength Program is specific to you and your goals. Your nutrition advice will be about self-efficacy and planning around your budget. By now you will have a great suite of run sessions, strength programs, activation exercises, and recipes in your arsenal. You will have a self-awareness about how you approach exercise and nutrition. You will be empowered to choose your exercise path.
